*All details are kept private and are only sent to the event hosting club. *All competitors and pit crews must be financial members of the AMBPA. *All AMPBA rules will apply. *All entries must have an alternate frequency unless 2.4Ghz (i.e. D.S.M.) is the primary frequency. *Minimum number of boats to form a class will be determined by BMMC depending on entries received. *Compulsory Drivers Meetings at the commencement of each day. *All competitors and pit crews are forbidden to consume alcohol until the completion of days racing. *Only competitors, pit crews and race officials allowed in the pit area. *No dogs are permitted in hot pits area during event proceedings. *Enclosed shoes must be worn in the hot pit area and in the backup pit area. *No smoking in the hot pit area or in the backup pit area. *Boats can be started at 7.30am but must not be rev’d at high RPM. No boats on water before 8am. *A Contest Director will oversee the competition; his/her decision is final. *Protests are as per the AMPBA rules – Protest fee is $100. *Petrol Class competitors to supply their own fuel as per Rule 14.4 of the current AMPBA Rule Book. *All boats and petrol class fuel must be available at any time during and after the event for scrutineering. *1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards will be determined by the accumulation of points during heats. *Offshore classes will be run on alternate shaped containing left hand turn/s. *Scoring will be AMPBA approved system. Points will be accumulative points system. (15 sec penalties will apply.) . *All boats must be fitted with a fail safe that allows boat to be stopped on water by transmitter control as per AMPBA rule book. *Twin Petrol Rigger – All boats eligible for this class are to be fitted with a functioning engine ignition stop/kill device that will automatically turn of the motor/motors in the event of either or the failure of transmitter or receiver etc. as per rule 21.5. *Top 6 Shoot out – Will be the 6 fastest boats based on heat time of the event and will be run at end of the championships. If competitor doesn’t want to run the next fastest boat with fastest heat time will be selected.
